I wanted to reach out to let you know that we just finished 6 weeks of R & D on our Keto recipe. The main complaint we received from those of you who didn't like Quevos was that our Keto variety was too dry. We worked to improve the moisture of the chip with various ingredient label changes.
Our new recipe has 8 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, and 4 net carbs per bag. Although we, very hesitantly, added a net carb, we think you'll agree that this change is well worth it for the improved texture and flavor of the new recipe!
