Another fun week for Quevos and our Kickstarter! Zack and I were again featured on Chicago TV (this time on WCIU’s “The Jam”) and our campaign’s momentum continued— we are just shy of $50,000 pledged now!! We have 964 backers supporting us, which is astonishing and inspiring :)

We're hopeful that we’ll reach our 75K stretch goal, but there are only TWELVE DAYS LEFT in our campaign. So, we want your help spreading the word.

Wow, once again, we really want to thank all of you for your support. We are overjoyed with the contributions that so many folks have made to help us grow Quevos! We now have over 700 backers!

This past week was incredible, both due to the contributions we received but also the attention we had in the press! Check out our latest feature on TV that aired this past Tuesday. We chatted with Val and Ryan on Windy City Live on ABC 7 Chicago!

We are eggcited about the traction our Kickstarter has so far and think we have a shot of gaining even more momentum with our campaign, so we are announcing a STRETCH GOAL today of $75,000!!

Our manufacturing process is still very slow and labor intensive, but there are several pieces of equipment that could make our production significantly faster and more efficient. This will allow us to have more competitive prices and to produce at higher volumes, getting Quevos to even more people than we thought possible! If we reached $75,000 in funding we would be able to purchase this equipment and increase our efficiencies!

To be clear, we are incredibly appreciative of your contributions so far and wouldn’t ask you to contribute more if you already have helped us out!

Also, rest assured that we are on track to get you your Quevos in June as projected in the campaign, so all is well on that front. Our stretch goal is simply about helping us to be set up in the best position possible for the long term.
